ugh I have to watch my sodium intake but with the high protein its hard y’know. but the fluctuations are actually driving me nuts. NOT OK OR HEALTHY

i think I might be retaining water which is leading to me being constipated because there is no way I could have possibly gained seven pounds in a week

I weighed myself today and I’m 184. WHAT? DUKAN DIET WHATS GOING ON WITH ME

i just want to have a banana nut loaf, an orange, and a coffee for breakfast 

I want to go back to eating regular foods because I feel super strange not eating fruits and just eating ~*the dukan way*~ but I’m seeing progress with this (UP UNTIL THIS WEEK, WHAT WAS THAT???) so I dont know yall. 

i weighed myself friday and it was 181

dont know what thats about seeing as ive been following the diet pretty strictly, i just havent been drinking the 2 liters of water a day

if that really is to explain a 4lbs weight gain then man idk

i am not amused

i can’t tell if its the drinking thats impacting my weight loss or my drunk eating

probably both

ill blame the drunk eating

i refuse to use fake sweeteners as the dukan diet suggests like I get it, its to lose weight but i’m not going to subject my body to products such as diet coke, sweet n low, diet anything really just because it passes the no sugar/no carb rule.

idk i will continue to use brown sugar and raw sugar. real suga ova here get at me bro

As of 2/24/12, I weigh 177.8 lbs meaning I have lost a total of 13.2 lbs since starting on the dukan diet (january 14,2012)

that also means i’m down 4.2 lbs from yesterdays weight! (all water maybe? whatever. IM AWESOME. THIS IS AWESOME)
